Exhibit Space Registration

In order to register for an Exhibitor Space, at least one person from your company will have to be registered for the ToolTech event.

The Exhibit Space

Each exhibit space is 8' x 8' and contains one four foot black skirted table, two chairs and a trash can. The space will consist of an 8' backdrop, 3' side rails, and an identification sign.

Exhibit Space Selection

Booth selection is based on a first come – first served basis.  A company is not considered registered for a Showcase Exhibit Space until the Showcase form is completed and at least one employee from your company has completed a ToolTech Attendee Registration.  If your preferred space has been taken, we will call you and negotiate the next best available space.  ETI reserves the right to move booths to accommodate layout.

 

Costs

There is no cost for exhibit space. 

 

Set-up Time

Set-up time is between the hours of 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Tuesday April 17, 2012.  Please allow yourself enough time to set up your exhibit space before the Showcase opens.

 

Tear-down Time

Tear-down time is between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 19, 2012.  ETI and The Gansevoort Hotel will not be responsible for items left in the exhibit hall after this time.

 

Showcase Hours

Showcase hours are from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday April 18 as part of the Showcase Happy Hour.  The Showcase will also be open on Thursday morning, by appointment only, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.
